SPG Capital emerged from the investment advisory by Vince Palmeri & Jason Sonner, which was founded in 2015. The principals of SPG Capital bring over 25 years of experience, and are focused on developing institutional quality, income-generating solutions for investors. Vincent Palmeri - Managing Partner
Mr. Palmieri has been a financial advisor, investment banker and portfolio manager specializing in small-cap companies for over two decades. Mr. Palmieri is currently sourcing, executing and managing investments for Taglich Private Equity LLC, a firm that specializes in growing small private companies by providing capital and expertise. He is currently a director of several Boards including Icagen, Inc., Ivis Technologies, LLC. and Autonet Mobile, Inc. Mr. Palmieri earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and is active in many community activities, including as an executive board member of his local little league.
Jason Sonner - Managing Partner
Mr Sonner has been an Executive Producer, Senior Post Producer, and Production consultant specializing in Broadcast & Advertising for nearly two decades. Mr. Sonner continues to work with various production companies and agencies on Brands like IBM, Google, Cognizant & Pizza Hut. From 2012-2015, Mr. Sonner was co-founder and Managing Director of the Goods group, which produced multimillion dollar campaigns for brands like API, CBS, and NBC. Prior to that, Mr. Sonner was the creator and EP of the design studio for Red Car, the EP of Tronic Studio, and a producer of graphics at ABC News Services. Mr. Sonner earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University and is active in many community activities, including acting as member of the Tenants Association of PCSTV.
